Summary: Vietnamese-Australian drug trafficker who was arrested in Singapore's Changi Aiport in December 2002 where authorities found 396.2 grams of heroin on him, but who during trial claimed that he was carrying the drugs in a bid to pay off debts that he owed and to repay legal fees his twin brother Khoa (a former heroin addict) had incurred in defending the crime.
